9D Breathwork in Aotearoa
New Zealand

Tīhei Mauri Ora. The breath of life.

9D Breathwork is one of the most powerful healing practices available in New Zealand today,
and Te Whare o te Hā is here to guide you through it. Combining conscious connected breathing with immersive 9D audio technology, our sessions help you release what you've been carrying, restore your natural energy, and reconnect with who you really are.

A man with tattoos, a gray beard, and a tattooed prayer symbol on his head is standing barefoot in a brightly lit room, holding a walking stick and gesturing with his other hand. He is wearing a white shirt, beige shorts, and has headphones around his neck. The room has large windows with blinds and sheer curtains, with some yoga mats, a bottle of lotion, and a blanket on the floor.

What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a guided breathwork experience that combines conscious connected breathing with nine layers of immersive audio technology, including binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, subliminal coaching, NLP and guided meditation. You lie down, put on headphones, and breathe. The audio does the rest, guiding your nervous system into deep states of relaxation, release and transformation.

In te ao Māori, the Māori worldview, breath has always been sacred. Hā is breath. It is also your essence. And mauri, the vital life force that flows through every living thing, is activated, protected and restored through it. Te Whare o te Hā was born from that understanding: that healing begins with a single breath, and that your body already knows the way back to wholeness.

Through conscious breathwork and the aroha (love and care) of a guided, inclusive space, we help you let go, recalibrate and transform.

“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.”
— Thích Nhất Hạnh, Buddhist Monk and Father of Mindfulness

Who We Are

Meet Your Breathwork Facilitator, Eros Wade Brunt

Te Whare o te Hā is led by Eros Wade Brunt, a fully certified 9D Breathwork facilitator. Eros brings a deep cultural understanding of the connection between mauri (life force), wairua (spirit), and hauora (wellbeing). These are values that his culture has held for generations and that sit at the very heart of what 9D Breathwork does.

Whether you're completely new to breathwork or simply ready for something that goes deeper, Wade will meet you exactly where you are. With calm, care and manaakitanga (the spirit of generosity and nurturing others).

What 9D Breathwork Can Do For You

Your body holds more than you realise. Stress, grief, old patterns, unexpressed emotions and over time, these settle into your nervous system and quietly shape how you feel, think and move through the world.

9D Breathwork gives your body permission to let go. Working at the level where real change happens, deep in the nervous system, below the thinking mind, it restores your mauri and creates space for clarity, calm and transformation to take hold. Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, emotional release, better sleep, increased focus, improved energy and genuine personal growth.

The benefits are wide-reaching. But they're best felt, not described.
