A 9D Breathwork session is a deeply personal, immersive healing experience. While you're guided every step of the way through sound and voice instruction, it's far less confronting than traditional therapy. You'll be in a safe, welcoming space, that’s gentle, inclusive, and held with manaakitanga.
What surprises most people is just how much shifts in a single session. Many describe it as the equivalent of months of inner work. All you have to do is lie down, put on your headphones, and breathe.
What Happens in a 9D Breathwork Session?
A full 9D Breathwork session lasts about 90 minutes. You'll be welcomed into a safe, comfortable space, given an eye mask and headphones, and guided through a conscious connected breathing journey layered with immersive 9D audio. The session follows a deliberate arc, gently activating your nervous system before guiding it into deep rest and integration. After the breathing journey, there is time to settle, reflect and share if you choose.
No experience is needed. Just show up, breathe, and let the session do its work.

48+ Hours' Notice
Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 48 hours before your session start time will receive a full refund (excluding booking fees) or a credit toward a future session.
Less Than 48 Hours' Notice
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
No-Shows
If you don't attend without giving prior notice, your ticket is forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued in this case.
If We Need to Cancel
In the rare case that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or priority transfer to a future date.
Session Transfers
Can't make it within the 48-hour window? You're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member — just let us know the new attendee's name before the session begins.
